E. Dee Martin is a lobbyist with Bracewell & Giuliani, a U.S. headquartered law and lobbying firm which lists "environmental and energy issues such as climate change" as one of its major practice areas.

Working for Ameren
In 2008 and 2009 Martin worked for Bracewell & Giuliani on the account of the major U.S. power utility, Ameren, which was sought the firms assistance on climate change issues. Ameren spent $78,000 on Bracewell & Giuliani in 2008 and another $50,000 in 2009.[1] The registered lobbyists were Scott H. Segal, Jeffrey Holmstead, Edward Krenik and Joshua Zive.
