Glenn Vaad is a former state legislator in Colorado who was appointed to the state's Public Utility Commission as of January 2014. He is a Republican who represented District 48 in the State Assembly. He was also the legislative co-chair of the Commerce, Insurance and Economic Development Task Force for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).[1]
