David Bookbinder (Attorney, Paul Weiss Riskind Wharton & Garrison).

Bookbinder served as Chief Climate Counsel for the Sierra Club, from at least 2007 through 2009. While in this position, he discouraged efforts that would have had the Environmental Protection Agency limit greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act to such a degree bring atmospheric carbon dioxide levels back down to 350 parts per million.[1]
