The Center for Middle East Public Policy (CMEPP) is a private, non-profit organization which is part of RAND, "one of the world's most respected and influential think tanks."[1]

The CMEPP claims expertise in three areas:

  • Strategic and defense analyses
  • Science and technology
  • Human capital issues
