Noble Ellington is a Republican member of the Louisiana State Assembly. He is in the following committees: Appropriations, Insurance, Judiciary, Legislative Audit Advisory Council (Vice Chair), House Executive Committee, Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, House Committee on Homeland Security, Joint Committee on Homeland Security, Special Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs.[1]
Ellington is also the National Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), as of July 2011.[2] He served as the Workshop Moderator of the "Saving Dollars and Protecting Communities: State Successes in Corrections Policy" session at the 2011 ALEC Annual Meeting.[3]
