Biography
The meeting of the Research Directors at the L&M Operations Center in Durham, North Carolina on Friday, May 24, 1968, was open to Drs. Finkner and Sweeney to discuss proposed Phases II and III. (UCSF000001-2) Dr. Sweeney attended the December 7, 1967, meeting at the Research Triangle Institute regarding individual's smoke exposure. Knowledge of smokers' "compensation" techniques and the inaccuracies of the FTC method for measuring tar/nicotine exposure to smokers. (UCSF000131-132)
