Devon Energy is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. According to its company website, Devon's operations are "focused onshore in the United States and Canada. We also own natural gas pipelines and treatment facilities in many of our producing areas, making us one of North America's larger processors of natural gas liquids."[1]
