Weinglass was head of research for the Israeli Trade Ministry's Investment Promotion Center an associate at Isratec Business Consulting (1999-2001). Following his service in the [[IDF]], he served as an analyst at the [[American Center for Democracy]], researching terrorism financing for several projects.
