==Imprisoned for Refusing to Handover Video to Grand Jury==
Wolf was jailed on August 1, 2006 when he refused to testify or turn over unpublished video out-takes to a federal grand jury investigating a July, 2005 anti-[[G8 ]] demonstration. [http://freejosh.pbwiki.com/] He was temporarily released on bail from the Dublin Federal Detentention Detention Center on September 1, 2006 but ordered to return to prison on September 22nd pending a hearing before the entire 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  On April 3, 2007 Wolf was freed from prison after posting the video on his website and responding to two questions about whether he had witnessed the injury of a police officer at the demonstration.
