Tom Quirk is a principal of Quirk Partners and a member of the board members of the Melbourne-based think tank, the Institute of Public Affairs. A biographical note describes him as "a founding shareholder in Pangea, the internationally sponsored company for nuclear waste disposal."
Quirk was a speaker at the Australian Environment Foundation's Inaugural Conference 2006.
