Recent movements
The aircraft's connection to the CIA is established by its visit to the agency's Camp Peary training facility on 19th June 2006. Many of its movements between February and June 2006 were between U.S. airforce bases. Those movements are nearly all to and from Oceana Nas, suggesting that that may be its home airport.[1]
