Tom Hockaday was an top-level employee of APCO Associates, the public relations firm that helped organize and implement Philip Morris front group "The Advancement of Sound Science Coalition" (TASSC) and the climate-denial organisation Science and Environmental Policy Project (SEPP) for energy lobbyist S Fred Singer.
