"Post-War Iraq" should be retitled "Occupied Iraq" in anticipation of a subsequent era of "Post-Occupation Iraq". In this context, what is "New Iraq" ?? I'd expect it to be post-occupation, which isn't yet we know. How many "newer Iraq"s can we anticipate? Are we now on Iraq version 6.0 or 7.1?
