Susan Rosenblatt is the wife of the Miami, Florida husband-and-wife legal team of Stanley and Susan Rosenblatt. Together the Rosenblatts have brought prominent lawsuits against the tobacco industry and have won their initial cases. Their cases have included the a class action representing Norma Broin and tens of thousands of nonsmoking flight attendants who suffered illness due to prolonged exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke in airlines cabins while smoking was still allowed aboard commercial airlines; and the Howard Engle class action, representing thousands of sick smokers.
