Biographical Information

"Stephen Dinan is a practical visionary who most recently created the Shift in Action program, which serves 10,000 global members of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, as well as the One Minute Shift video series, which have been seen by more than 1 million viewers. He co-founded the Summer of Peace and the PartnerShift Alliance, and has consulted on dozens of for-profit, non-profit, and political groups. He authored the book Radical Spirit: Spiritual Writings of the Voices of Tomorrow and is currently finishing his next book, Sacred America. Stephen directed and helped to create the Esalen Institute's Center for Theory & Research, a think tank for leading scholars, researchers, and teachers to explore human potential frontiers. A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in human biology, Stephen also holds a master's in East-West psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. His studies have included transpersonal psychology and assorted disciplines of transformation, including Holotropic Breathwork, which he has facilitated for more than a decade. He is the author of Sacred America, Sacred World and Radical Spirit (New World Library, 2016) - foreword by Marianne Williamson. His wife is Devaa Haley Mitchell. [1]
