Robert Walker Arrington, M.D. is a neonatologist at the University of Arkansas, Medical Center, and is considered an Industry Expert for defendant tobacco companies in lawsuits agains the industry.

Biography

Dr. Arrington is board certified in neonatology. His expertise includes infant morbidity and mortality factors associated with optimal and suboptimal intrauterine and other health conditions; demographics, disease prevalence and health risks of the populations which are the subject of this suit; and the role of preventive medicine in medical care cost containment.

Dr. Arrington was Chief of Neonatology at Arkansas Children's Hospital and a Professor at the University of Arkansas Medical School. Dr. Arrington testifies regarding infant morbidity and mortality factors associated with optimal and suboptimal intrauterine and other health conditions; demographics, disease prevalence and health risks of the populations; and the role of preventive medicine in medical care cost containment. He will also be called to testify regarding subjects raised in any of his expert disclosures, his materials relied upon to form his opinions he may offer at trial, and his deposition if taken, provided to or obtained by Plaintiff prior to the completion of discovery.(Source: Defendants' List of Proposed Expert Witnesses)
