The Program on International Policy Attitudes is a joint program by the Center on Policy Attitudes (COPA) [1] and the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland (CISSM).[2]. Its stated purpose on the organisation's website [3] is to study public opinion on international issues.
Among other studies, PIPA released a study in October 2003 showing how viewers of the US Media (and in, particular, Fox News), seem to hold misperceptions about American foreign policy.
