Multinational Business Services (MBS) is a lobbying firm for Philip Morris on environmental tobacco smoke issues). Philip Morris paid $250,000 to MBS in 1998 for lobbying services (Center for Responsive Politics, 1998) Jim Tozzi was the president of MBS circa 1998. Steve Milloy also worked for MBS circa 1992.[1]
