Monty G. Miller is the principal in a consulting firm located in Estes Park, Colorado, called "International Performance Solutions" that assists organizations in strategic planning, development and communications.
Miller was hired to organize the pro-RBGH, Monsanto grassroots front group American Farmers for the Advancement and Conservation of Technology (AFACT). Miller worked with the agricultural public relations and marketing firm Osborne & Barr to create the group, which was launched in February 2008.[1]
