Sir Martin Jacomb is a Director and is on the Board of Trustees of the Global Warming Policy Foundation[1]. He is also Chairman of the Canary Wharf Group and Deputy Chairman of Barclays Bank plc from 1985 to 1993; and Director of the Bank of England from 1986 to 1995 and was Chancellor of the University of Buckingham from 1999 to March 2010.[2]
