Lou Capozzi
Lou Capozzi is the executive chair of the "newly formed Publicis PR and Corporate Communications Group, responsible for 1,300 staffers in 25 countries," reported Jack O'Dwyer's Newsletter (vol. 38, no. 15, April 13, 2005). He was previously the chair and CEO of the PR company, Manning Selvage & Lee.
Capozzi started out in PR with Hill & Knowlton in 1968 before working with a number of major coprorations in the finance sector. he worked at Ketchum and for the last decade has worked at MS&L and was appointed as Chairman and CEI in 1997.[1]
He is also chairman of US PR trade association, the Council of PR Firms.
Accprding to a profile in PR Week, Capozzi works directly on some client accounts including Philips - the company's biggest client - and General Motors and Procter & Gamble.
