Jason Scott "has worked in the software and sustainable investment markets since 1996. From 1991-1996 Jason started and ran several nonprofits focused on youth development, leadership, and education. Jason is a currently a Director at London based investment firm Generation Investment Management. Prior to joining Generation, Jason worked as a consultant for New York-based Acumen Fund, a global social investing project incubated by the Rockefeller Foundation, the Blue Ridge Foundation, an affiliate of hedge fund Blue Ridge Capital, and New Philanthropy Capital in London, UK.

"From 2000 to 2001 Jason worked with Flatiron Partners, an early stage technology venture capital firm in New York City affiliated with JP Morgan Capital Partners. From 1996 to 1999, Jason was the President and COO of software company Togglethis. From 1991 to 1996, Jason helped found and build Public Allies, a community leadership program for young adults. Prior to Public Allies, Jason worked in organizing positions for several political campaigns. In 1998, the Rockefeller Foundation selected Jason as a fellow in its Next Generation Leadership Program. He is Treasurer of international development charity Allavida in London, UK, and also serves as a Trustee of Groundwork, Inc., in Brooklyn, N.Y. and Public Allies. " [1]
