Jaime Serra Senior Partner of Serra Associates International, a consulting firm in law and economics based in Mexico City, and former Secretary of Trade for Mexico.

"Mr. Serra, 53, is senior partner of Serra Associates International, a consulting firm in law and economics based in Mexico City. Serra formerly served as Mexico's undersecretary of Revenue, secretary of Trade and secretary of Finance. He led negotiations and implementation for Mexico of the North American Free Trade Agreement as well as free trade agreements between Mexico and Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia and Costa Rica. He founded the Mexican Investment Board and created Mexico's Federal Competition Commission. He is a member of the board of directors of the Mexico Fund, Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano, Tenaris, Vitro, Regional Market Makers and Southern Peru Copper Corp. He is also a member of The Trilateral Commission and the U.S - Mexico Bilateral Council." [1]
