Gourvitz Communications is a New York city based public relations firm that specialises in video production, including video news releases (VNRs).
"Imagine the credibility to be gained by having your message delivered by a trusted news anchor as opposed to a paid commercial spot, and you begin to realize the power of Broadcast Public Relations. There is an art to getting your message on the evening news, and Gourvitz Communications has been a master of that art for more than 25 years," states the firm's website. Gourvitz Communications was a founding member of the VNR industry lobby group, the National Association of Broadcast Communicators.

Satellite media tours
In October 2007, the Miami Herald reported that: [1]
- For between $10,000 and $12,000, companies can buy slots on one of five media tours planned this fall by New York's Gourvitz Communications. Among the topics: "Holiday Gifts for All Ages" with gadgets whiz Dick DeBartolo and "Cool Stocking Stuffers" with Dennie Hughes, a columnist for USA Weekend.
