Biographical Information

"Mr. Reynolds served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corporation, a mass media company, from January 2006 until his retirement in August 2009. From 2001 until 2006, Mr. Reynolds served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Viacom Television Stations Group and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the businesses that comprised Viacom Inc. Education: Mr. Reynolds received a Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami and is a certified public accountant. Public Company Boards: Mr. Reynolds is a director of AOL, Inc. Non-Profit/Other Boards: Mr. Reynolds is a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Miami and a director of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc." [1]
