Frank Jablonski

Frank Jablonski is a Madison, Wisconsin attorney and lobbyist representing the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) in Madison, Wisconsin and working to repeal Wisconsin's moratorium on new nuclear power plants. [1] In February 2009, he registered as an NEI lobbyist in Wisconsin, as part of the industry group's efforts to lobby state legislators on "issues related specifically to nuclear generation; issues related to engineering education and other issues related to state policies on energy, job creation, and environmental law." [2]

Background

Jablonski is the founder of the Progressive Law Group, LLC, a firm which according to its website works on "legal matters related to the environment, energy, natural resources, and commercial and consumer affairs. We help municipalities, businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals throughout Wisconsin by prosecuting and defending lawsuits and helping to secure, oppose, or alter regulatory permits." His website states that Jablonski's background includes "internal executive positions with a utility company subsidiary and a wood products manufacturer, and 3-1/2 years as General Counsel to Wisconsin’s largest environmental organization."[3]
