Eric Sklar is the President of Alpha-Omega Winery, Napa Valley’s newest winery. In addition he serves as a St. Helena City Councilman and has a background in business. He was past president of the San Luis Obispo Vintners for five years and a board member of the Wine Institute. He has been a real estate developer for the last 7 years (from 2010). He is a current member of the St. Helena City Council, and St. Helena Volunteer Fire Department. From 1989-1999 he was the founder and CEO of the Burrito Brothers restaurant chain in Washington, D.C. Sklar obtained a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, a degree in Business from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Georgetown University. He was also an adjunct professor of business at Georgetown University.“ [1]
