America's Heartland, a PBS television series, "consists of twenty half-hour episodes produced by PBS affiliate KVIE in Sacramento. While the bulk of the new national program's underwriting will be provided by the farming trade group the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) and biotech giant Monsanto, the show is also receiving financial support from other large farming associations such as the National Cotton Council, United Soybean Board and the US Grains Council.
