Dr. Vincent Courtillot is a prominent french climate skeptic. He claims that the Earth has been cooling for twelve years.
He is on the Academic Advisory Council of the Global Warming Policy Foundation. His bio on the GWPF website reads :Vincent Courtillot is professor of geophysics at the University of Paris Diderot and Director of the Institut de Physique du Globe in Paris. He is past president of the European Union of Geosciences and currently chairs the scientific council of the City of Paris. [1]
