Pagan International
Pagan International is a now-defunct public relations firm founded by Rafael Pagan. Several of its principal executives went on to form a separate firm, called Mongoven, Biscoe & Duchin (MBD). MBD was merged into the Washington, D.C., intelligence firm Stratfor in 2003.[1]
Pagan International is a different firm than Pagan Communications.
