Leslie Wharton is senior counsel with the tobacco industry law firm of Arnold & Porter. She is experienced defending the attorney-client, work product, and joint defense privileges. She served on the Philip Morris Privilege and Crime Fraud Committee with Kirsten Gillibrand in 1998.[1][2]
