Keystone Development is a unit of Keystone Industries LLC. Keystone Development states on its website that it has "six thousand acres of coal reserves" located in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The company states that the company began production in 2001 and "currently produces coal that supplies both industrial and electric generation customers." The coal, it states, is trucked to the Kanawha River which is "loaded onto barges and transported to both domestic and export customers."[1]
