James J. Eisen is Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs for BP Alternative Energy, and Secretary of the Alliance for Climate Education, Inc. in Oakland, California.[1][2][3] Before joining BP, Eisen served as General Counsel of Orion Energy, LLC, a wind energy developer based in Oakland, California. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel for the Kenetech Corporation and its wind subsidiary, Kenetech Windpower.[4]
