Zacarias Moussaoui

Zacarias Moussaoui is often referred to as the "20th highjacker" in relation to the events of September 11, 2001.

Moussaoui holds the distinction of being the only person to be charged in the United States in connection with the 9/11 attack. Moussaoui pled guilty to conspiracy "although he was in jail during the attacks." [1]
