Mr. William T. Coleman, III "was the Chief Executive Officer of Cassatt. He is also a Partner at Alsop Louie Partners. He also serves as the Executive Officer of Osram Sylvania, Inc. Mr. Coleman is the President of the Colorado University Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities Foundation. Prior to this, he served as a Consultant and Co-Founder of BEA Systems Inc. He worked as a Consultant from September till June 2004. Mr. Coleman co-founded BEA in early 1995 with ... Mr. Ed Scott and Mr. Alfred Chuang and served as its Chief Customer Advocate from August 2002 till September 2003. He was also the Chief Strategy Officer of BEA from October 2001 to August 2002. From 1995 to October 2001, Mr. Coleman served as the Chief Executive Officer of BEA Systems Inc. He served as the Chairman of BEA Systems Inc. since 1995. Mr. Coleman brought to BEA more than 30 years of high-technology experience, including the Founder, Vice President, and General Manager of Sun Professional Services, at Sun Microsystems, Inc.; Vice President overseeing Sun OS, Solaris, and related products at System Software; and Co-Founder of Sun Federal, Inc. He also co-founded Dest Systems, where he then headed Engineering. Mr. Coleman also held positions as a Director of Product Development at VisiCorp and Manager of the High Frequency Systems Group at GTE Sylvania. He began his career in the United States Air Force as the Chief of Satellite Operations in the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force.

"Mr. Coleman has been a Director of Symantec Corp. since January 14, 2003 and is a Member of the Trilateral Commission and serves as a Member of the Audit Committee. He is also a Member of the Information Technology Advisory Board at Warburg Pincus LLC. Mr. Coleman sits on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group and the American Electronics Association. He served as a Director of Skillsoft Public Limited Co. since its merger with SkillSoft Corporation in September 2002 till January 31, 2004. Mr. Coleman served as a Director of SkillSoft Corporation from August 1999 to September 2002. In 2001, he was named “Entrepreneur Of The Year” by both Ernst & Young and the Robert H. and Beverly A. Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at Colorado University-Boulder and, by BusinessWeek, as one of 2001's “E-biz 25 Top Executives.” Mr. Coleman has a B.A. in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a M.A. in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Stanford University."
