A little about yourself?

You've been doing a lot of great edits and fixes, Stansand, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in letting us know a little about yourself and/or your interests on SourceWatch on your user page.--Conor Kenny 15:12, 28 July 2007 (EDT)

about uploading photos

Hi Stansand;

thks for the info on disambiguation pages.

About the photo upload. I know how to upload, format etc. My problem is that nowhere in the menu list do I find a means to do the uploading. I suspect that the security setting on my account mustnt allow that. Can that be resolved?

Upload file page

Antidotto,

Maybe your permissions have to be high enough. When I am not logged in I can get to the Upload page but it tells me that I have to log in before I can upload. When I am logged in, then I see the form for entering the upload information.

  • On the left I click Special pages
  • Then I click Upload file. This brings me to the Upload page.
  • Or I can go directly there by entering Special:Upload in the search box
  • Or by entering http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Special:Upload in the browser
  • I notice when I am logged in, starting from the beginning, on the left just above Special pages, it says Upload file. That is yet another way I get to the Upload page.

If you don't see the form on the Upload file page, then someone would have to increase your permissions.

You would have to talk to someone who can give you permission.
