"Mr. Trevor Smallwood, OBE, DL was also the Owner of LDJ Design & Display Limited. Mr. Smallwood served as Chief Executive Officer of bus company Badgerline, overseeing its privatization. He has been Chairman of The Local Radio Company plc since May 2009 and Ultra Global Limited (formerly, Advanced Transport Systems Ltd.) since 2000. He serves as the Chairman of UKRD Group Ltd, Stage Electrics Partnership Ltd. and ATS Ltd. He served as Executive Chairman of FirstGroup PLC until September 1999. He served as Chairman of Bristol and Sheffield airports. He served as Chairman of Westcom Media. He served as Deputy Chairman of Bristol Water plc until September 23, 2008. He serves as Non Executive Director of Bristol Water Holdings UK Limited. He serves as a Director of The Local Radio Company plc, Badger Design & Display Limited, New Move Animation Limited, European Connoisseurs Travel Limited, Swiftpass Digital Limited, Web gifts Online Limited, Clifton Down Charitable Trust Limited, and Colston's Girl's School Academy. He served as a Director of LDJ Design & Display Limited. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Brandon Hire plc from August 2004 to 2006. He served as Director of Today FM Limited until 2006, Westcom Media Limited until 2006, Rotherham United Football Club Limited until 2006, and Coull Limited since 2006. He serves as a Director of Fuzzwire Ltd. He was Master of the Society of Merchant Venturers in Bristol in 2008 and was awarded a lifetime business achievement award in the 2011 Bristol Evening Post Business Awards. Mr. Smallwood also serves as a Director of Bristol Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping. He served as Non Executive Director of Bristol Water plc from December 5, 2003 to September 2008 and served as its Senior Independent Director until September 2008. He served as Director of Bristol International Airport. He served as a Director of BWG from 1999 to 2006. He serves as Chairman of Quartet Community Foundation (formerly the Greater Bristol Foundation)."[1]
