Tony Worthington "was Labour MP for Clydebank and Milngavie from 1987 until 2005 during which time he was, among many other duties, a member of the International Development Select Committee (1999-2005) and Chairman of the All Party Group on Overseas Development (2000-2005). He left parliament in order to become an International Development Consultant. He joined the Book Aid International Council in 2005." [1]
