Background
A biogrphaicl note states that he is "a former Senior Adviser to the federal Opposition Leader, Opinion Editor of The Australian, an editorial writer at the Australian Financial Review and an Assistant Editor at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. He has also been a regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal, The Spectator and Quadrant magazine. He has a Masters in International Relations at Sydney University."[1]
