Thomas Ryan is a principal in the Washington D.C. lobbying firm Ryan MacKinnon Vasapoli & Berzok. Prior to this Ryan was a principal, until early 2009, of Ryan, Phillips, Utrecht & MacKinnon, a lobbying and campaign law firm based in Washington D.C.[1]

Working for Dominion

In 2008 Rayn was one of the lobbyists working for the major U.S. power utility Dominion for work on climate change issues. The firm received $120,000 for this work in 2008.[2] The other registered lobbyists working on the account were Matthew Berzok, Jeff MacKinnon, Joe Vasapoli,George O'Connor,Bill Phillips, Doug Nappi and Rodney Hoppe.
