Where's Abrams now? Anyone know?... OK, to answer my own question. He's at the CFR -- The writer, (Elliot Abrams} a senior fellow for Middle Eastern studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, was assistant secretary of state for inter-American affairs in the Reagan administration and a deputy national security adviser to President George W. Bush. [2]
