The Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute (TCCRI) is a conservative state-based think tank "committed to shaping public policy through a principled approach" with "a vision to implement conservative public policies in state government," according to its website.[1] Founded in 1996 by members of the legislative caucus, the Texas Conservative Coalition, its operations are based "on four core principles of Limited Government, Individual Liberties, Free Enterprise and Traditional Values."[1] The TCCRI was a member of the State Policy Network (SPN), but is no longer listed as one as of August 2016.
