This is not the global warming skeptic Science and Public Policy Institute; see Science and Public Policy Institute (disambiguation) for the distinction.

The pro-public-health Science and Public Policy Institute (cellphone), addressing electrosensitivity, mobile phone health risks, and the health risks of tobacco, was founded by George L. Carlo in 1994.

Jeffrey A. Nesbit was its president for a period in the late 1990s.[1]
