Project for the Republican Future was founded in 1993 by Thomas L. Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes served as a director of the Project 1993-95. According to the Heritage Foundation in 1995, the Project "has had such a salutary impact in formulating some of the specific debates on major public policy issues since it began about two years ago."[1]
"...the New Citizenship Project [is] an affiliate of the Project for the Republican Future, a conservative G.O.P. think tank founded by William Kristol."[2]
Juleanna Glover Weiss served as "legislative director for the Project for the Republican Future."[3]
