Peter Holle is the president of the Frontier Centre for Public Policy. He has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconson at Madison. He has advised many governments in issues of public policy, and he worked as a senior policy advisor to the Government of Saskatchewan headed by Grant Devine during the 1980s[1]. During the 1990s, several of Devine's former cabinet ministers went to jail following a corruption scandal in his government[2].
