Matt Jessee is a lobbyist working for Bryan Cave Strategies.
The major U.S. power utility, Ameren, paid $60,000 for the services of Bryan Cave Strategies LLC in 2008.[1] Jessee was one of the registered lobbyists. (The other was David Russell).
