John Maxwell Hamilton is treasurer of the International Center for Journalists . He "is dean and Hopkins P. Breazeale professor at the Manship School of Communication at Louisiana State University. He has won national journalism awards for his work in the United States and abroad for the Milwaukee Journal, The Christian Science Monitor and ABC Radio, among others. He is the author of four books. Hamilton has served as a director or advisor to numerous foreign affairs and international aid programs, and has had assignments in 35 countries." [1]
