Biographical Information

"Joel has a master’s degree in biology from California State University, a Ph.D. in biology from the University of Colorado, and has earned fellowships from the Smithsonian Institution. Now the senior scientist for the Wildlife Conservation Society and a professor at the University of Montana, Joel was appointed as one of the Alliance's first ambassadors in 2009."[1]
