Ernst & Young International (E&Y) is one of the Big Four accounting firms, in third place behind PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and ahead of KPMG. E&Y is worldwide with some 700 offices in 140 countries. Its services are auditing, accounting, legal, corporate mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and taxes. [1]

Leslie J. Brorsen, Managing Director Government Relations for Ernst & Young, is a Bush Pioneer having raised at least $100,000 for Bush in the 2004 presidential election. Previously, Leslie J. Brorsen was Chief of Staff for Senator Don Nickles (R-OK) from 1984 to 1997 when he left to head the lobby shop at Ernst & Young. [2]
