Biographical Information

"Douglas Graham was CEO of a bank where he successfully restructured $8.5 billion in assets. He was formerly Managing Director for KPMG where he built exchanges for several industries including the electrical industry for which he won a Gartner award and led the NetAid project described in the press as the largest web infrastructure ever built. He has testified to Congress and has authored two books. The first book was on e-commerce and was translated on managing intangibles, Ideation: The Birth & Death of Ideas The Foreword was written by Sir David Cooksey and the book was well reviewed by Carl Icahn, Lee Iacocca amongst others . He is an expert witness in the e-Bay patent litigation and his first patent had over 90 citations." [1]
